Unbeaten Faith was born out of the birth and transition of our son, Michael Jakim Holly. Through many ups and downs during pregnancy, we never expected that we wouldn't get to bring our son home. We knew God was birthing and building a testimony, but we didn't know it would involve Jakim making his entrance into this world at 23 weeks. In a traumatic experience that could have ended with both Jakim and DeeDe's lives ended, we were blessed with five wonderful hours with our son.

 

Throughout the pregnancy and in the aftermath, we witnessed first hand God's ability to hold and keep us. Somehow through it all our faith grew and we gained a realization of what it means as believers to posses Unbeaten Faith through all of life's challenges.

Unbeaten Faith is a ministry meant to share the lessons we are learning along the way. The message of hope and sustaining faith can be applied not only by those who know the pain of saying goodbye to a child but anyone having experienced disappointment, tragedy, and trauma.
